How can I track my shipment?

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking code/tracking link for the delivery.

How do I place an order in the online store?

  • Select the product you want and add it to your shopping cart. Go to checkout, select a payment method, fill in the required information and make the payment.

What payment methods are available?

  • Apple pay, Google pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal

Is payment safe

  • Payment is completely safe, as we only use reliable and well-known payment processors.

How will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are shipped from the European central warehouse with the delivery method of your choice. Standard delivery prices are stated in the delivery time and shipping costs tab. The most common delivery method is GLS.

When will I receive my order?

  • Ready for delivery from the European warehouse in approx. 1-3 working days. Delivery time depending on the country of delivery 2-7 working days.

Can I exchange the product I ordered?

  • Yes, exchanges are possible when the product is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of ordering. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us by email: info@sensualelys.com with the subject "Exchange".

How can I return the product?

  • Return the unused and undamaged product within 14 days of ordering. Send a return notification by email to info@sensualelys.com with the subject "Return".

How do I check the availability of the product?

  • On our website you can see the product's stock balance and the message "sold out" if the product is not available.

Do you have a store?

  • No, unfortunately we do not have a physical store. However, you can shop on our website 24/7, and we offer a 14-day return policy.

In which language do we serve?

  • We currently serve in English and Finnish.
